We offer an online database of royalty rates extracted from licence agreements, enabling subscribers to calculate statistical (such as interquartile) data ranges of selected royalty rates, make contractual terms adjustments, and perform regression analyses to benchmark inter-group transactions.

We’ll only use your information with your consent and/or where we are allowed to under the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter:"GDPR") and other data protection regulations.

As a client we use the data to manage our relationship and to meet our contractual obligations to you.
